1. General Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from EarthPick.
This Refund / Return & Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can return
products, request refunds, or cancel orders.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- Products are eligible for return if they are received damaged, defective, spoiled, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item.
- For food and nutrition products, we generally do not accept returns for taste preferences or change of mind due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- To be eligible, the product should be unused (except for the defect), in original packaging, and with all labels intact.
3. Return Request Window
You must raise a return or refund request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
4. Return Process
- Contact us at care@earthpick.in with your order ID, photos and a description of the issue.
- Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner (where available) or request you to ship the product back to us, depending on your location.
5. Inspection and Approval
Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds or replacements will be approved only if the reported
issue (damage, defect, wrong item) is verified.
6. Refund Method and Timelines
- Approved refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, refunds may be issued to your bank account or wallet, as applicable.
- Please allow 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank/payment provider.
7. Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
- Opened or partially used consumable products without any defect.
- Items returned without original packaging or with tampered safety seals (except in cases of verified damage/defect).
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Any items specifically marked as “non‑returnable” on the product page.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled by you only before they are shipped. You can request cancellation by contacting us with your order ID.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, follow the return process if applicable.
9. COD Orders and Refusals
- If you refuse to accept a COD order at the time of delivery without a valid reason, we may restrict COD for your future orders.
- Shipping and handling charges for Return to Origin (RTO) due to refusal may be deducted from any refunds or may not be refunded at all, depending on the case.
10. Our Rights
We reserve the right to modify this Policy or reject return/refund requests in cases of misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity.
