Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to selected pin codes across India through our courier and logistics partners. Availability may vary based on your address and will be shown at checkout.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your order.
• We may offer free shipping above a certain order value or during promotions, as specified on the website.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may be longer.

4. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 7-8 working days depending on your location and courier partner. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link or AWB number via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can track delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will usually make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available, they may contact you via phone or SMS to reschedule, where possible.

7. Incorrect Address / Non‑Delivery

Please provide accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be responsible for non‑delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN, or unavailability of the recipient.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it, or record photos/videos at the time of opening and contact us immediately with details. Claims for damaged items must follow our Refund / Return & Cancellation Policy.

9. Cash on Delivery (COD) & RTO

• COD is available only for eligible orders and pin codes shown at checkout.
• Repeated order refusals may lead to blocking COD for your account or specific addresses.
• If a COD order is returned to origin (RTO) due to refusal, non‑availability, or incorrect address, we reserve the right to recover shipping and handling costs and may not re‑ship the same order.

10. International Shipping

At present, we do not offer international shipping. If offered, customs duties, taxes and other charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
