We currently deliver to selected pin codes across India through our courier and logistics partners. Availability may vary based on your address and will be shown at checkout.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from the date of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During peak seasons or special sales, processing times may be longer.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch is typically 7-8 working days depending on your location and courier partner. These are estimates only; actual delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather, or local restrictions.
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link or AWB number via email/SMS/WhatsApp so you can track delivery status.
Our courier partner will usually make multiple attempts to deliver your order. If you are not available, they may contact you via phone or SMS to reschedule, where possible.
Please provide accurate and complete shipping information. We will not be responsible for non‑delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete address, incorrect PIN, or unavailability of the recipient.
If you receive a package that appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please do not accept it, or record photos/videos at the time of opening and contact us immediately with details. Claims for damaged items must follow our Refund / Return & Cancellation Policy.
At present, we do not offer international shipping. If offered, customs duties, taxes and other charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
