We sell nutrition and food products (such as dry fruits and mixes) as described on the product pages. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as specified on the checkout page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or change prices at any time without prior notice.
Your order is an offer to buy products from us. We may accept or reject your order at our sole discretion, including for reasons such as inaccurate information, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp/SMS with order details.
We support various payment methods including UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery (COD), as available at checkout. For online payments, you agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorize us or our payment partners to charge the order amount.
COD may be available for select pin codes and order values as shown at checkout. You must keep the exact payable amount ready at the time of delivery. Repeated refusals, fake addresses, or non‑availability at delivery may result in blocking COD for your future orders. For Return to Origin (RTO) due to refusal or non‑availability, shipping charges and handling costs may not be refunded.
Our Shipping & Delivery Policy forms part of these Terms and explains delivery timelines, charges and coverage locations. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided by you.
Our Refund / Return & Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines and process for returns and refunds.
You agree not to use the website for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity; not to interfere with the security or functioning of the website; and not to copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without authorization.
All content on this website, including logos, graphics, text, product images and other materials, are owned by or licensed to EarthPick and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written consent.
We may use third‑party service providers for payments, logistics, marketing, analytics and checkout (including providers such as GoKwik and courier partners). Your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
Our products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability or suitability of the products or content, except as required under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthPick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data arising out of your use of the website or purchase of products.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarthPick, its directors, employees and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third‑party rights.
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Subject to the foregoing, you agree that the courts at Panchkula, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective from the date they are posted on this page. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
